In accordance with The State of Massachusetts' outline of COVID-19 essential services, our core services in mechanical and electrical diagnostic and installation and repair allow us to continue to support our customer base including but not limited to municipalities, utility companies, as well as first responders during this time of need. In order to support all of our customers we are currently operating our normal business hours with a limited, rotating staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. While we understand that purchasing vehicle parts and services may not be your first thought, we want you to know that we are here to meet your needs and that we are doing all we can to ensure that our facilities are prepared for your visit.

Professional Installation

Most of our truck accessories require professional installation. While the term "professionalism" is often used in excess, we take it very seriously. In addition to their extensive experience, all of our associates are required to pursue and maintain multiple professional certifications from up to three appropriate industry associations. In contrast, our most recent survey showed that not a single competitor was supporting or requiring certifications of any kind.

Certifications are only issued to professionals that pass rigorous written exams and meet the professional experience criteria. To retain their certifications, our staff must recertify periodically. This process reaffirms their expertise, their professionalism, and their commitment to keeping pace with dynamic changes in technology as they occur.
